Our company has been able to establish itself successfully on the German and international market over the past 23 years. The number of employees has increased steadily over these years.This requires that we have a technically well-trained and motivated staff.Internal training measures, both by our own managers, as well as by training personnel from mechanical engineering companies ensure a high level of personal know-how of our employees at all times.
In order to be able to meet the requirements of the international market, training measures for English are offered.To ensure our well-trained staff in the long term, we have been training our apprentices ourselves for many years. Our apprentices can count on a secure employment after successfully passing their apprenticeship. Every year, 2 or 3 trainees start their apprenticeship with us.
We secure our future executives through the practical training of students from the State Academy of Studies in Bautzen. With us, everyone has a chance! Even career changers who want to change within the framework of their professional development have already been able to convince us that with the appropriate personal commitment and coupled with our training, there is the possibility of securing a permanent and future-proof job in our company.
Due to our high level of technology, there is unfortunately no possibility to employ people with disabilities. Therefore, we have been maintaining an intensive cooperation with the Lebenshilfezentrum für Behinderte in Bautzen for many years.As we are aware of our social responsibility, we regularly award contracts to this institution, which, for example, manufactures pallets for tool transport or regularly maintains and repairs our outdoor facilities for us.
